We are a welcoming community who practice mindfulness in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh in Long Island, New York. We welcome newcomers as well as long-time practitioners

Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the best known and most respected Zen masters in the world today. A global spiritual leader, poet and peace activist, he is revered throughout the world for his powerful teachings and bestselling writings on mindfulness and peace.

weekly mindfulness meditation gatherings

Meditating together is a powerful way to strengthen our focus and deepen our commitment to regular practice. We presently meet every  Sunday from 10 - 11:30am ET via zoom.

week 1:  Beginner’s Mind
week 2:  The Heart Sutra
week 3:  Reading
week 4:  Recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings

Third Tuesday of the month , 8-9 pm:
Recitation of the 14 Mindfulness Trainings
